From the smoker to your hands.
Remy's started in 2005 with a backyard smoker, a borrowed griddle and the wild idea that brisket and tacos belonged on the same plate. Pryor agreed.
Today we're still right here on Main Street — smoking meats overnight, pressing tortillas by hand, and treating every customer like they're family from down the road.
We're proudly local, proudly Oklahoman, and proudly loud about what good food can bring to a small town.
